The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing educational materials for our self-development courses, using a variety of methods such as videos, quizzes, case studies, assessments and more. The designer will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective curriculum that meets the needs of learners. They will use research-based instructional design processes to develop engaging content that encourages active participation from our online students.

Curriculum Developer
This role is responsible for developing and designing courses to help individuals enhance their self-development. The Curriculum Developer will use instructional design principles, technical knowledge, and creativity to create high-quality course materials that are engaging and motivating. They must be organized and detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills as well as able to take feedback from stakeholders.
